- Big brother mentality - transparency manifests as surveillance. Don’t you think it’s suspicious that the Glassdoor score is so high?
- They don’t actually care about the people, they just use, abuse, then dispose. I know of several people getting physically ill from working here, and some were never able to make it back to work. They don’t treat employees like humans.
- Toxic culture - just read the Away article on the Verge, a lot of the similar things are happening here, and the executive team just turns a blind eye on it.
- Unlimited PTO = No PTO here. If you take PTO, it’ll be compensated through your bonus or through your chance of getting good projects. Also, they sell you the job by telling you the bonus is 25%, but the reality is closer to 10%.
