      Pros

      It's a paycheck, you can get some basic office training, and the office has air conditioning. The vending machines usually work

      Cons

      No opportunities for advancement, upper management doesn't manage, middle management passes they're work into subordinates, and lower level employees have a poor turnover. 2 years without a raise but still qualified to train my superiors and coworkers. Clearly my skills are wasted here

      Amazing culture, Career growth opportunities, great benefits, loads or support from management, good pay.

      I don't have anything bad to say about this company. They have treated me absolutely amazing during my time there.

      Pros

      Pay is not bad and some people are nice.

      Cons

      The company went through way too many changes in a very short amount of time. Internal communication was honestly pretty bad. Senior management’s strategy and execution were often confusing and inconsistent. There were too many initiatives and priorities happening at once, which caused a lot of confusion. Some people were great, some weren’t. The pay was good, but the benefits were not.
