1) No employees from reputed institute. All are recruited from tier-2 and tier- 3 institutes and employed as cheap labour 2) Fake promises during recruitment including onsite opportunities (got info from other offices) 3) Top management doesn't have sufficient knowledge(can't even converse in english) and the lack of ethics is even witnessed by the clients 4) Asked to work in weekends and poor employees are retained 5) Lack of appreciation for talents and best employees run away in short time 6) To clients : Top management may pitch the projects through non ethical route. Kindly avoid picking them up and run away.
