Management do not care about employees at all, no team spirit or culture, disorganised, expected to know everything with very little training, no-one is ever available when you have questions or need help, no assistance for employees struggling with mental health issues or no understanding towards such situations, force you to accept new contract changes or be fired, one fellow employee has a relative suffering from terminal illness and asked management if they could work fully remote to help care for the sick person but was shown no compassion or help in the situation.
