      Perks are very nice, most of management is very helpful, throughout the year fun! Aiming for a goal and trying different things to achieve that goal.

      Cons

      Lacks in training and sometimes even opportunities if you're not in the right crowd. I don't feel my concerns were heard which is why I left.

      The people I worked with were good. The benefits were good.

      Cons

      Upper management micro manages! They sit and watch the cameras in all the branches and will call you while you are with a customer and ask why you are taking so long with them.
