You will be exposed to many new technologies with opportunities to learn new skills. Continuous enhancement of the products. Co-workers and management are nice to work with.
Cons
There could be more support from immediate supervisors.
Management has absolutely no direction. Spaghetti code. No internal processes or reviews. What's hot one day is gone the next. Ever shrinking client base because not keeping up with technology.
