Overall I gained a vast knowledge of financial products and services, decent work environment, great coworkers, competitive wages with other credit union teller jobs.
Cons
During my employment, there was a shift in management from long-term employees that were retiring to younger, sales-focused managers and vice presidents. The entire culture changed as a result. Monthly "sales" requirements were amped up and strictly enforced. Certain management definitely liked to rule by fear, which killed employee morale.
