- stable company with good work/life balance - good lower/middle level management - offices in good locations - coworkers - variety by working on different projects
Cons
- salaries could have been better - too few trainings - weak cooperation between different sites and organisation siloses - heavy corporate procedures and stiff central management of the company - large part of the higher management seems to be opportunists, who seem like they really have no clue - owner is a private-equity fund which plans to sell this company soon and is not planning or investing long term
