Pros
Ok place for a junior to gain experience. Several staff from original companies are incredible but very few left.
Cons
Poor senior and middle management, alot have been overly promoted and do not understand the industry. Far too focused on short term revenue targets . For a global firm very london focused management, most management have no knowledge and clear understanding of regions . Turnover is very high specially amongst sales representatives .
