Pros
Work from home, decent pay, travel opportunities. Benefits are good but can be better to attact talent.
Cons
Training for the new product is a mess. There is not much coordination from the management up to the people in the ground. No plan whatsoever before making the changes. HMO for parents is a battlecry of single employees since time immemorial.
