Pros
Decent pay. Lots of PTO. Work from home. Easy to get away with doing nothing if you want. Great place to work if you don’t give a darn.
Cons
You are a number, not a person. You will be put where management deems is best for them, not you. And you best be happy with it. No possible way to advance unless you are cut throat. Zero job security because they claim to be able to replace you for a fraction of what you’re paid. Sure you can but will the replacement have a clue?
