      I enjoy being part of Finastra. I feel like my ideas are valued and I have the freedom to propose new initiatives, as long as I back them up with a solid business plan. The best part is the people: I work with nice and likeable co-workers who make every day enjoyable.

      Cons

      Finastra is a dynamic and exciting place to work, but sometimes it can be overwhelming with so many changes and projects happening at the same time.
