Pros
They offer unlimited PTO, as long as it's approved. Every federal holiday, when banks are closed, you have a paid day off since Finastra is a Fintech company that directly supports banks. I was paid very well for the job I had, which caused me to lower my standards for a functional and competent work environment. I stuck it out for longer than I expected just for the pay.
Cons
Management does not support their people. They will directly undermine your professional decision just to save their face by not having to tell someone "no". They are reactionary and not proactive in the least.
