      Work from home Work life balance is good most of the time

      Cons

      Woefully underpaid for the role. 4 years of promises to replace leavers. Never replaced, railroaded in to picking up the slack. Overreliance on the doers. The none doers get an easy ride. Complaints and issues are just ignored, nothing changes.
