      The solution is well-developed to fit a clear need in the banking market, making it a good solution to market and sell. Customers love it, the company is constantly focused on continuously improving the solutions. Small company with a very flat structure and easy access to leadership.

      Cons

      Everyone works hard and there is a lot to do. Sometimes there can be a need for more direction/clarity around the business, roles, goals, etc.

      If your house is damaged in a storm and you have no wifi to work from home and your car is flooded and you can’t drive to the office, your pay will be docked for every day you can’t work.
