Pros
The people that actually do the work at the company are a tight knit, fun and hard working group. Middle Managers do the best they can with the resources given but can't change anything.
Cons
Racist and Misogynistic behavior at various levels of the company. Upper management will threaten your job in meetings, in front of other staff. You can be fired with no justification no matter how hard you work. Your hard work is only grudgingly recognized if at all. Common sense production practices are ignored even when they would improve the ultimate media. HR will not be able to help mediate real detrimental problems to the company.
