(But I love coming to the office every day—maybe -Finfare gives me enough passion to do that.) - The company is full of talented Backend and Frontend engineers from whom you can learn every day. - Hard work is recognized with promotions, raises, and bonuses. - Management has accepted and listened to direct and honest feedback without hard feelings, improving processes as a result. - HR has improved its processes to help employees feel comfortable sharing their feelings about their managers, the company, and any general processes, and is willing to act on that feedback, contributing to organizational growth. - Many great products are live, and more are being built. I have been with Finfare for almost two years and have gone through both good and hard times, but overall, it has been a great experience. Regarding job security at Finfare, I always apply the concept of working in a startup as, "If you are a very good partner or spouse, nobody wants to leave you." Believe me, just keep doing the right thing, and you will be rewarded.
