Pros
- Your store becomes your family - If you do well upper mgt lets you roll and do your thing - Pretty easy going if you need an additional day off as long as your store is covered - Fun atmosphere; also your job to create that - Customer service expectations are amazing - Annual meeting they fly all store managers to Indy
Cons
- Tough to get promoted after being a store manager; no matter how long you been with the company - Upper MGT can be very unprofessional and play favorites regardless how well your doing - Annual meeting; YOU SEE HOW UNPROFESSIONAL EVEN THE RVP'S ARE!!!
