Great work life balance and schedule flexibility for those that earn it. Rewards are given to those that outperform expectations. Most employees are invested in their work and want to improve the business and help implement new productivity tools. Plenty of opportunities to those that want them.

Business improvements are slow to materialize. "Standard" benefits (insurance, 401k, etc.) are sub-par and base salary is average.
