      Pros

      I have been working at Finlace Consulting for 4 years now and like all things, the company has some good points and some negative ones. There is a lot to learn here from my seniors and I have come across many opportunities that made me challenge my boundaries.

      Cons

      However, there is not much flexibility in the working hours and saturday should be off or atleast a half day

      environment is good ,like colleagues are nice,supporting.

      little unprofessionally organised and no focus and timelines for every employee is diferent and they change.
