To any prospective employees: If you desire to grow your career in any way, don't waste your time with this company. You will receive no help and no training. They will promised help and training but you will be left on your own. I am talking you prospective accounts with little to no Netsuite experience. Senior management does not have a clue what they are doing and definitely do not understand Netsuite or proper Netsuite training. So you will be expected to figure it out on your own. You can't count on any of the employees to help out on any projects either because they just care about themselves and their own work. They will tell you they are a family, but that is a bold faced lie. You have been warned. To the prospective customers: The only implementations they can actually do well are ones for simple small businesses. Anything more complicated than that they are going to screw up and the cost of implementation is going to sky rocket. This is how they get you, so if you are not a small business expect the ending bill to be significantly higher than when you started. And once you start the implementation, there is no turning back they have already hooked you. Read the contract. Additionally, they have a small work force based in the US and large workforce based in the Philippines, Pakistan and the like. They are paying their international employees garbage and exploiting them. This is who is going to be working on your implementations.
