      Pros

      In terms of cons I can say management people are good and trys hard to make employees happy and treats them well.

      Cons

      Behavior of team leads and project managers is not at all good. Will not support you at all. They will try make you leave the company. If you have a good package then hire and fire is common.

      Some team members were supportive. Exposure to real work initially.

      Cons

      Management lacks empathy and professionalism. Employees are not treated with respect, especially during exit. Notice period expectations were unreasonable, with extended working hours. No consideration given for employees preparing for future opportunities. Work-life balance is poor and expectations are often unclear.
