      Nice people overall, no micromanagement

      Cons

      Not interested in growth, aren't client-oriented, 0 work-life balance, really old tech and not wanting to upgrade. Their only excuse is that it’s a fin-tech company, with many regulations and restrictions.

      - A real product first fintech company - Focusing in building new company's fundamentals - Great oppurtunity for suggest improvements - always being concidered positivley

      Moving from an old tech to top new one, but, it's a process who takes time, people who comes to work at Finonex must know part of their time will be handle in old things
