Pros

If you have too much time to kill, it's somewhere to be and can be put on CV (though the company has a very bad industry reputation)

Cons

Very small company with senior management people being completely coy and trying to suck you dry and never reward good performance. No management skills and no career prospect (you'll know why if you ever get to know who the senior circle are). Even if you're desperate, avoid at all cost - it's simply not worth it.

Pros

work there from 2002 to 2009 as a Senior Sales Manager • Helped establish Finotec • Maintained a high level of customer satisfaction at all times by leading a sales team, (call center) from opportunity level through the negotiation process, to contract signing and through to the customer deposit • Personally recruited 900 clients with deposits totalling over $20 million (volume of over 4- 5 billion per month). • Developed Sales and Marketing materials that facilitated closings • Developed and executed retention strategies • Built key partnerships and managed affiliates • Characterization of customer needs & customer service

Cons

I succeed to go forward and have success but it was difficult because in every step I did I need to fight with the management. I did not fill that the management appreciate me as it should, at the begining it was very law salary.

Pros

You will learn about the Foreign Exchange industry

Cons

There is a lack of culture and a lack of structure. Also the management is coy, a poor salary for full-time workers, poor man management, an unclear business strategy, and unpaid interns constantly leave as they feel exploited.
