Pros
1. You get exposure in a lot of areas. As a Finance professional, this Company will increase your value immensely. 2. The CFO treats you with respect and you can suggest improvements to the procedures. They address your concerns too when it comes to work.
Cons
1. Micro-management at its peak. Your every work is monitored everyday. However, if they realize that your work ethics are good, it reduces. 2. HR department head is made in charge of Finance approvals which results in delays in approvals, time waste, and then passing on the blame. He takes out his personal frustrations, and the brunt of his disagreements with the CFO, on the Accounts and Finance Team. 3. Job description includes handling Payroll. The HR will make you do a lot more. It is important to discuss the extent of this requirement with the CFO. Constant delays in receiving input for payroll from the HR head. If any of these issues are brought up, the response is extremely immature which includes threats to sack. 4. The HR head Bad mouths employees and communities to build a rapport with the new employees.
