Poor dealings with there employees, more specifically assistant managers whom yell at employees or express there frustrations in a very professional manner in front of cuwtomers durring peak periods. In my case i had customers express theyd write negative reviews about this said person for how myself other employees were being spoken to in front of them. lets not get too far ahead of the real reason im not there, because someone cant look before they operate the mop and cleaning area. management also failed to even place signs for reminding employees to help correct the issue. instead theyd rather writs me up twice eventually sending me home for something miniscule for a 3rd strike (accidentally replenishing two strains swapped on accident. honestly there prices are garbage so is the product. i came in really believing i cud help make this the new bug thing...boy was i wrong. thanks again guys. to everyone else i hope this helps. stay safe.
