Purchasing department sucks , feels like certain departments are run by high school students, no say in orders and if we do get a say it can go ignored , a 1% raise isn't a real raise , kpi goals can get unrealistic , not enough hours and hardly any OT offered , product and accessory variety is less the desirable .
