Good work environment and a flexible work culture. Great place to start a career in the systems & networking domain (Linux kernel, ethernet, 802.11, switching and distributed routing). Individual thinking is encouraged and appreciated - you get to work on projects of your choosing. Seniors are technically skilled and are always ready to help out. Cheerful and cool people to work with. Team building activities and outings are organized monthly.
Cons
Like many other fast growing companies, you are expected to work at full speed all the time and you are required to wear many different hats. Few projects were shelved after months of intensive development; same projects were restarted months later. Maybe senior management should try to stick to decisions taken.
