      Work from home opportunities.

      Cons

      You will never see your compensation bonus. No diversity in the Enterprise Account Management Group or Management. If you are not in the right "clique" you will not get promoted. Very little oppty for advancement.

      work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
