      Pros

      - great team - great people - good for cv but overall, the team made it worthwhile. It is not the company that made it so that your day went on.

      Cons

      - work load - lack of time management - lack of leadership - lack of communication and if done, it is minus for the small employee - most of us earn less than 1k/ month - no career growth

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
