      Nice to work with wonderful people. Technical expertise is extensive, and processes are well-documented.

      Cons

      The JMTP is unstructured, and the assignments/roles you go through may or may not be important to your long-term professional ambitions. The pay for being an MT is not competitive, and in-house courses and certifications are scarce.
