Pros
Since the pandemic started, all pros went out of the window.
Cons
Everything declined once pandemic happen. The upper manager and executives don’t really care about employees. They will literally have you work 12 hrs with no break because of employee shortage. I had customers threaten or aggressively try to provoke me, upper management sided with customers .
