Pros
Generally the pay for managers was good, depends on when you started and what store/district you were in. When you had a good District Manager the job was great. Follow a few parameters and the DM will let you run the business and the potential to make huge bonuses are there.
Cons
When you had a micro managing DM thats worried more about merchandising a $3 black & decker drill, you will waste time merchandising instead of hitting kpi's and making bonuses.
