      Pros

      You get a base pay with commission, and you get PLENTY of opportunities to make sales. Advancement is based upon skill and performance rather than seniority. Benefits for management were comprehensive, surprising for a pawn shop

      Cons

      No benefits for regular sales staff. You need a strong stomach and iron will, as many customer WILL test your patience. If you are uncomfortable around firearms, I would not recommend a position here. Management was expected to work 50+ hours a week.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
