The first thing that always comes to mind when someone asks me if I enjoy my job, are the people I work with. There is an amazing, dedicated, and hard working staff when someone is willing to put the effort in. I am saddened by some of the reviews on here because it is obvious that they did not want to work for what they wanted to make out of it. Sales reps have no caps commissions, and those that actually go out and sell some great advertising earn a lot of money for doing it. Those that don't don't. Another pro is the attitude of no micro management. They do not breathe down your neck, constantly looking over your shoulder, that is why it is a great place to work. Management listens to feedback from employees and honestly takes their suggestions. It is simple, those that put effort in, get a lot out. Those that do not get nothing.

There are no benefits to take part of. It is a simple truth that most businesses offer you some benefits but this business does not.

The company has made major strides in upgrading its product offering. I feel that the product development has been a huge step in the right direction. It has made the sales process so much easier and enjoyable. Our customers have been receiving tremendous results, and are continually offering their support of our new directions. It is a small business, with a family feel. The staff is supportive, positive, and eager to help everyone around them succeed. Uncapped commission earnings. Gas and cell phone allowance. 401k contributions are respectable.

This is an advertising company with many different products to learn and perfect. Working B2B has been difficult the last few years as other businesses have struggled. Without a strong desire to succeed, work ethic, and passion this can be a difficult job. This is sales, and not everyone has the skills necessary to succeed.
