Pros
Its easy to get hired and pay is better than minimum wage but not the correct amount for position and duties expected of you
Cons
No benefits, no guaranteed Holidays off, no organization, no consideration for the employees ( you will not feel appreciated at all), don't ever expect to get a raise, if you want to use your time off be prepared to donate a kidney to them first , oh and the best thing is they always tell you want to hear and never follow through
