Pros
Been with this organization for about 4 years. I've observed leadership being very clear about maintaining long-term thinking and planning as a foundational concept. Very different from other financial institutions I've worked for. Leadership also demonstrates and rewards empathy, something uncommon in most financial services organizations.
Cons
Because this organization uses acquisitions as a growth model, there are some issues with associates from different legacy organizations being on different platforms, so there is not always a seamless integration which can lead to some associates experiencing systems challenges. The organization is aware, and proactive steps are being taken to align technologies, but the business model makes it somewhat of a never-ending cycle of integration which can at times be frustrating.
