Pros
The only reason I worked at First Citizens Bank was because of the compensation and because I thought that the bank hired operational staff who were professional people, who were decent, normal, civil people who were educated but I was totally wrong!
Cons
The employees who work in some operations departments were out of control! They were extremely disrespectful and racist towards other employees who worked there. The behavior of many staff members was indicative of substance abuse and anger management issues where they exhibited aggression, lack of self control, lethargy (where they actually avoided working productively and even slept at their desk on the job) and lack of empathy for others among other things. The Human Resources Management team visited one of those said operations departments several times, before I resigned because of the hostile and toxic work environment they created, to address a whistle-blowing letter about their misconduct, other serious staff related-issues that had legal ramifications and about the behavior of the employees who worked there and subsequently 2 managers mysteriously announced their early retirement plans.
