Some benefits are good. You can learn a lot in a short amount of time here. There are advancement opportunities for some departments. This will depend on your manager or department. Community volunteers and some new technology.
Cons
Serious downturn in past years, negative morale in company administration center. There were many uneducated decisions made without long term strategy. The company departments work in silos and no one is on the same page. Negative attitudes, back stabbing managers, zero confidentiality, failure metrics, burnout, constant employee turnover.
Most departments are heavily understaffed, many are rude, and unhelpful. Too many sick call outs.
The company continues to cut staff and add more difficult projects.
Way too many meetings and unrealistic expectations.
Weak managers, zero confidence to speak up (out of fear of retaliation) for what is actually right for the customer or employee. So we essentially get a bunch of "bobble heads" and waste our time in meetings.
