No one wants a J-O-B but if you have to have one FCS is a wonderful place to be. FCS fosters the values they say they do and therefore it creates truly fantastic teams that make you enjoy having to wake up and clock in. Each person is provided the tools and resources needed to effectively perform their job. We all are also provided opportunities for growth and development, from large scale events to individual set goals. I have personally been able to continually develop my abilities/skillset and have advanced within the company. I have also witnessed several team members from my team and others do the same. I have worked in this industry for 9 years (5 with FCS) and I have never seen departments works so well with each other and share resources. There are no large disconnects as noticed with other companies in the past.

As a smaller company there are growing pains, however that is part of the fun. FCS does a great job navigating any changes as a whole.

I can't think of any at the moment and while no there are no perfect companies, I think it's important that continued growth and innovation will be key.
