Can get overwhelming.Between the self-driven learning, the expanding workload, and the rigid schedule, burnout is a real thing to watch out for. Strict hours, no flexibility by HR. Don't expect to adjust your schedule when life happens. The hours are fixed, which can feel pretty suffocating especially when your workload is already heavy.
