      Pros

      After many years at the big banks, it is refreshing to work for a small financial firm that values integrity, thoughtfulness and teamwork. Everyone is incredibly smart and welcoming. Benefits are great and the offices are beautiful.

      Pros

      Free lunch, reasonable work-life balance, and there are some decent people there.

      Cons

      The company has a more traditional style and has been around for a long time. My experience has been that the role was not aligned with my expectations, and it was not the right fit. Future joiners may want to ask detailed questions about responsibilities, reporting lines, decision-making processes, and success metrics before joining.
