Pros

Teach yourself how to be disciplined as a businesss professional

Cons

So many, 55-70 hours a week for $300-$500, horrible boss who never shows up, hustle homeless people for their benefits card, you work in the field at the worst places you could imagine in SD, not safe at all, coworkers get in fights with people all the time, checks are ALWAYS inaccurate, people at the top steal your money, work every Saturday and if you don't work sundays you're not "dedicated", consistently cussed out by your boss for not trying hard enough, they promise you an opportunity that they can't deliver on, say you have the chance to be an owner and run your own office but all the owners fail. Fight competition for people who literally sit next to you all day drinking and smoking. Have random days where you can't work because the system is down, shall I go on? Just please stay away, don't waste your time like I wasted mine.

Pros

There is an amazing opportunity, with first lines Management Training Program, they have a great team, lots to learn. No one is ever lazy, and you can see yourself improve and grow throught the business, as well as have the opportunity to help others reach their goals. Everyone starts out form the same entry level postion and has the ability to work their way up to the top and be aloud to run their own company. "The greatest leaders are built from the ground up, not managested from thin air." I've only been here for 4 months and have already grown so much and learned a lot thanks to haveing a solid manager and leader behind me as well as other people willling to teach me.

Cons

Commission. (But who cares if you actually work then you will make money.) Hours. (Yet there is so much to learn and so little time.)
