Not much here I can add for Pro's
Cons
Huge lack of communication, very minimal pay increases, micro-managed, unethical, Alot of drama. Not a good culture. Favortisim. Do not follow policies, etc... Active employees were strongly pushed to add positive reviews to offset all of the negative reviews
