Poor pay for an excessive workload. Training is inadequate, yet expectations are unrealistically high from the start. Performance meetings are demoralising and focus on criticism rather than providing any meaningful support or coaching. The workplace culture is toxic, with bullying behaviour from both management and staff going unchecked. Progression feels based on favouritism rather than ability or hard work, making it difficult to see any fair opportunities to advance. Overall, not a company I would recommend.
