Pros

People first: they truly care for their employees from HR, Manager, Engineering side, VP level everyone is very helpful and are fun to work with

Cons

Couldn't think of anything as my duration to work was short

FO is definitely a “people first” company. I absolutely love the atmosphere, and couldn’t see myself anywhere else but here.

Pros

Incredibly talented people across the company. Great opportunities for learning and growth. Flexible workplace and great culture with a "people first" focus! Appreciate the weekly company meetings with updates/transparency on what's happening across the company!

Cons

Being a tech company, we have to move fast. Not a "con" unless someone doesn't like change.
