Pros
1. You get to work in a multicultural environment 2. Office close to Wan Chai MTR station (about 5 mins walk, but still make sure to bring an umbrella to work during rainy days if you don't want to be soaking wet) 3. Starting salary is not bad for an agency
Cons
1. Like many other companies, sales overpromise and account managers are left to deal with angry clients to finally discover the reality of the game. 2. Company sends out monthly survey to ask if you are happy at work that is not anonymous... 3. Commission structure changes constantly (if you don't want to give commission to employees, don't offer it at the first place?). 4. Everything is monitored: your emails, your phone call with clients, your fingerprint when you check-in every morning, I mean everything! 5. You must go to work on time, 9AM sharp. But you will never be able to get off work if you are a responsible account manager, because you get TONS of clients to take care of. 6. If you have the "can-do" attitude and tend to be a "yes" man/woman, you earn an additional pile of work and accounts to do. 7. Favouritism: the senior management have their favourites in teams, and they get to pick what projects they want first, the rest of the team are left to being assigned with projects to do. 8. Senior management just does not care about you as a human. They care about the amount of money you can get them. 9. You get 10 days AL when you join. Group medical is pathetic. 10. The senior management does not know how to management the team and their workload, only being a yes man to the upper management.
