Pros

I gained a lot of financial knowledge whilst working in their very busy Customer Services Department. They work with good technology and you gain good banking knowledge through liaison with the Merchant Banks. It is a nice friendly atmosphere with approachable management. There is good flexibility and the company are sympathetic to personal situations. They let me work part time for a while to accommodate my needs. There were lots of incentives to work hard with monetary gain.

Cons

Salary average but only statutory sickness and holiday entitlements.

A work from home position no travel costs

Very very aloof young management who was completely ignorant unhelpful and could not construct an E Mail that resembled anything like correct grammer punctuation.The company changed the goalposts every couple of days.When you showed a glimmer of intelligence or tried to expand the business by including friends you were shot down in flames. A vile horrible undercurrent. The role ended via withdrawal from the companys whatts app and E Mail groups did not have the guts to phone you and let you know. They wanted the VOIP phone back in advance of final monies and sent a prepaid envelope out to return it in . This took over 2 weeks to arrive despite several reminders.
