They treat you like children. You're not allowed to go outside, smoke on the property, can't have your phones on you, they specify where you can take your lunch and can't. They control every aspect of what you do, day in and day out. If you have any down time, you are only allowed to clean, nothing else. 2 week 12.5hr swing shift sucks. Drama and gossiping are tolerated as long as it's the right people doing it. They don't take complaints or suggestions seriously and the favoritism is unreal.
