I have just completed 2 years with First Recruitment Group from coming in as a Trainee Recruiter. I have worked for corporate companies in the past where you are nothing but a number and here at First this isn't the case. The level of support i have received in both work and personal life is outstanding they genuinely care about their staff and will always find the time in a busy schedule to accommodate anything when it is needed! They are flexible with working from home and the office, are very transparent with career paths, The people and culture team are just amazing and will literally bend over backwards to help in any way that they can. Whilst recruitment is a very challenging industry to work in i think that First have taken on board people's thoughts around the training and they have implemented that well making sure that everyone is refreshed and gives us the chance to discuss any questions or challenges we face. Over all a really good company to work for and there are many benefits to take advantage of! :)

The only cons are not against the business but recruitment itself can be very challenging and you really need a thick skin to be able to handle it.
